We're currently based in Malaysia. All product based clients would have to deliver your products to our address located in Malaysia. For on-site Singapore shootings like restaurants, hotels or alike, an additional transporation fee will be quoted separately.

The content creators we offer possess at least 3 years of experience across various business sectors. If you're looking to get more customers online especially via Tiktok or Instagram, Swifty Agency will be the right fit for your needs.

The average cost of hiring a full time staff with at least 3 years of experience is around $3k a month. This is excluding any additional cost such as CPF, company benefits and more. User Generated Content (UGC) is where our creators provides you with a 15-30 seconds original, brand-specific video for your business and will usually be posted on Tiktok, FB & IG Reels or Youtube Shorts.

Depending on your chosen package, we'll deliver 4-5 videos every week for your feedbacks and approval.

Upon confirmation, a deposit of 50% of your chosen plan is required to be paid and the remaining 50% must be settled once at least half of the deliverables have been submitted and approved.

No, we will only be sending you the content deliverables based on the package you proceed and you are free to decide when you prefer uploading them on your page yourself. Additional charge may incure if you require our service to upload on your Tiktok/IG Reels.

The videos will be submitted to you for you to upload on your own account only and will not be posted on the content creator account.
